Within 7 business days. The clock starts as soon as we have access to your Channable account, the data source is connected and you’ve selected the products. That requires your approved idealo account: idealo does the store review during registration, usually in about 3 business days.

You register your store with idealo using your store URL and email, add your store details and accept the terms. idealo then checks whether your store qualifies: ordering system, at least two payment methods, legal notice, shipping and returns, prices including VAT. After approval, you get access to the idealo Business Center, where we enter your feed address. We guide you through registration; that’s part of the feed.

Item number, title, link to the product page, price including VAT, delivery time in business days, shipping costs per shipping method and at least one payment method. Plus the EAN: without it, idealo can’t match your offer to a product, and it ends up in the open catalog instead of the price comparison. Brand, category, description, images, size and color make the offer easy to find. The feed fills everything from your store.

idealo compares the prices in the feed with your product pages and pauses if they differ, just as it does with delivery times or shipping costs that don’t match the store. The cause is almost always a file lagging behind the store. The feed from your store delivers price, delivery time and shipping exactly as they appear in the store, and idealo fetches it every 30 minutes. What differs in your feed today, we’ll see in the audit.

idealo usually fetches the feed every 30 minutes. That means price changes and availability from your store reach idealo within half an hour, and sold-out products drop out of the comparison. If idealo changes its rules later, we adapt the feed on request.

On idealo, every country is a separate listing: you create it in the idealo Business Center, and we build a separate feed for it from the same rules, with titles, delivery times and shipping methods for that country. Every additional country costs less, because data and rules are already in place. idealo is available in six countries; which ones fit you, we work out in the audit.

Your store stays registered with idealo, and your offers continue under the same item number. We build the feed in Channable, check it against the old one, and only then do you swap the feed address at idealo. That way, nothing goes offline. After that, all you do is manage your store.

Yes, Channable is the engine of the feed. If you don’t have an account yet, you create one and invite us. You pay the license directly to Channable, and the account belongs to you. If you already use Channable, we build the feed in your account.

A store with well-maintained product data: EANs, clean variants, prices including VAT, delivery times and shipping costs that match what’s in the store. We connect Shopify and WooCommerce directly, other systems if they deliver clean data. Plus your idealo account and access to Channable. That’s it.

No. We build the feed; you sign the contract and handle billing with idealo directly. You also run idealo Ads and your budget at idealo yourself, in the idealo Business Center. A clean feed is the foundation for that.

We don’t negotiate with idealo, don’t manage budgets and don’t decide prices; that stays with you. Orders don’t run through the feed: idealo sends shoppers to your store, and idealo no longer has its own checkout. And we only make a single fix to someone else’s file as an exception. Bring it up in the audit, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
