Case study
SNOCKS: Google Shopping feeds for six countries, fully automated
How we automated the Google Shopping feeds for SNOCKS in six countries: import from Shopify, titles and translations by rule in Channable.
- 6 countries Google feeds from one store
- 90% less manual effort
Results
- Import straight from Shopify, no CSV uploads
- Titles per country from rules, translations automatic
- Feeds run fully automatically
The challenge
SNOCKS, one of the fastest-growing D2C brands in Germany, faced a typical scaling challenge: the Google Shopping feeds for the DACH region and international markets were maintained manually. With a growing product range, that became increasingly error-prone and time-consuming.
What no longer worked:
- Manual maintenance of product titles for different markets
- Translations had to be entered by hand
- Errors in attributes led to rejected products
- No scalable process for new countries
The solution
Together with the SNOCKS marketing team, we built the feeds in Channable, fully automated:
1. Central data import
All product data is imported straight from the Shopify store. No CSV uploads, no manual data maintenance. Changes in the store carry over to the feeds automatically.
2. Smart title mapping
We built rule-based title optimizations that automatically generate SEO-optimized product titles for Google Shopping, adapted to each language and target market.
3. Automated translation
Product titles and descriptions are translated in context for the target markets (DE, AT, CH, FR, IT, ES) and optimized locally.
The results
The solution fundamentally changed how SNOCKS runs its feeds: manual effort dropped by 90%, and the feeds run in six countries.
“Unhooked saved us enormous time with their automated solution for the Google DACH and international feeds, implemented in the Channable tool. Maintaining product titles and translations now runs efficiently and error-free.”
Vivian, Senior Performance Marketing Manager Google Ads, SNOCKS The feeds now run fully automatically. The team can focus on strategy and campaign optimization instead of maintaining product data. How we build feeds for Google Shopping is on the page about the Google Shopping feed.
