The problem
Check24 reaches more than 20 million customers, and its marketplace for Home & Living has been around for more than ten years. Check24 creates your products itself, from your feed, and only if all required information is correct. If you maintain the feed by hand, you pay for every gap.
A separate EAN per product, description, package contents, dimensions, material, color, delivery time, shipping method, inventory and price: if any of it is missing, Check24 doesn’t list the product. Without a description, Check24 won’t even create it.
A bed needs a sleeping area and maximum load, a mattress its firmness, a lamp its socket and energy efficiency class. If they’re missing, your products are harder to find or end up in the wrong place. And empty columns stay empty: no “0” and no “X”.
No store copy, no links, no “available in three sizes”, no mention of your delivery service. At least one cut-out of 800 × 600 pixels, without a logo and without other variants in the picture. What looks good in your store fails here.
Price, inventory and delivery time come from the feed, and Check24 fetches it. If the feed is outdated, you sell goods you don’t have, or at last week’s price. With a few thousand variants, nobody maintains that by hand.

Step 1 · Automate
Your store stays the single data source. The Check24 integration translates it into Check24’s feed, and orders flow back automatically.
Products, prices and inventory as before, in Shopify, WooCommerce or your PIM. You ship orders the way you always do.
Category, required information and attributes per assortment following Check24’s guidelines, titles in Check24’s structure, descriptions and images by the rules, plus the order connection. Everything in your Channable account, which belongs to you.
Prices, inventory and delivery times go from your store into the feed up to 24 times a day, and Check24 fetches it and creates new products from it. Orders come into your system through the integration, and shipping confirmation and tracking number go back to Check24 automatically.
We carry existing products over with the same EANs and item numbers so nothing gets duplicated. You only switch off the old feed once the new one is running.
We integrate Check24 titles, attributes and descriptions into your existing system, as separate fields next to your store copy. The integration brings both together.

Step 2 · Optimize
Once the integration is in place, we optimize with rules instead of product by product. Whatever we improve applies to the whole catalog right away.
We keep optimizing titles in Check24’s structure, attributes per assortment and descriptions. The more complete the data, the more likely Check24 assigns the product correctly and the more likely customers find it.
Check24 requires a cut-out as the main image and recommends lifestyle images on top. We create those as conversion-optimized product images from your existing images, automatically for the whole catalog. Drag the slider and see the difference.

The rules keep changing. Since 2022, at least 8 new mandatory requirements have been added, from LUCID to GPSR. Check24 only creates a product if all required information is there, and only assigns it correctly with the attributes of its assortment. Care implements new requirements in the integration and fixes gaps in the feed before a product stays offline.

Check24 reviews the sign-up and decides on admission; it doesn’t name a minimum number of products. Check24 names three criteria: new goods from the Home & Living range, a VAT ID from the country you ship from, and all product data in German. We guide you through the sign-up, and you sign the contract with Check24. Whether your products and data are a fit, we work out in the audit before you sign up.

Yes. With the Growth support plan, we keep optimizing titles, attributes and descriptions, the way Check24 requires them for findability and correct assignment. Growth + Ads adds conversion-optimized product images: lifestyle images, created from your cut-outs, as Check24 recommends. The cut-out stays the main image, as Check24 requires. We usually start with the integration: optimization only pays off once data, inventory and required information are in place. You only want SEO or images? That works too, just bring it up in the audit.
We look at the feed in the audit: what Check24 has created, what’s missing, which attributes are empty. Then we build the integration in Channable from your store, with the same EANs and item numbers, so nothing gets duplicated. You only switch off the old feed once the new one is running. Orders then come into your system through the integration instead of by email or from the Merchant Center.
For each product, its own EAN and a unique item number, title, description, brand, color, material, dimensions, package contents, delivery time, shipping method, inventory, price, at least one cut-out image of 800 × 600 pixels and the manufacturer details with address. On top of that, the attributes of your assortment, for example the sleeping area for beds or the energy efficiency class for lamps. If any required information is missing, Check24 doesn’t create the product. The integration checks this before Check24 does.
Your customers buy on Check24, and Check24 only passes on paid orders. They come into your system through the integration, you ship as usual, and shipping confirmation and tracking number go back to Check24 automatically. Check24 answers the first customer inquiry itself, whether by phone, email or chat. You process returns, and Check24 offers automatic return labels for that. How returns get into your system, we clarify in the audit.
Yes. Shipping method and delivery time are required information per product on Check24, and for freight goods you specify whether you deliver to the curb or into the home, plus assembly service and old furniture disposal if you offer them. The integration passes this on per product from your store. Freight forwarders appear in the shipping confirmation that goes back to Check24, just like parcel services.
Channable rebuilds the feed from your store up to 24 times a day, with prices, inventory and delivery times. Check24 fetches the feed from its URL, and how often is up to Check24. The integration fetches orders from Check24 continuously. Which frequency suits your warehouse, we work out in the audit.
A Check24 partner account or the sign-up for one, EANs for your products, cut-outs without a logo and well-maintained product data in your store, in German. The integration works best with Shopify or WooCommerce; other systems work if the product data is clean: GTINs, variants, consistent attributes. You handle registrations like LUCID or WEEE yourself, and we bring the information into the integration. The audit shows what’s still missing.
