Can any brand sell on Douglas?

No. The Partner Program is closed and curated: you apply with a fully completed brand one-pager and presentation, and Douglas reviews premium fit, assortment and quality. All products must be authorized for sale in the EEA.

Which categories fit Douglas?

Besides classic beauty (skincare, make-up, fragrance, haircare) also adjacent lifestyle categories such as bags and premium accessories, fashion, home & living, nutrition and pharmacy. What matters is the premium positioning.

What does the Douglas Marketplace cost?

Douglas doesn't publish a fee schedule. According to integrator reports there is no setup fee and no monthly base fee, but a category-dependent commission negotiated individually. (As of 2026.)

How do shipping and returns work?

You ship as a dropship partner directly to end customers; Douglas communicates a 1-to-3-working-day delivery time and free returns. Returns of partner articles go straight back to you.

Which compliance do cosmetics need?

A responsible person in the EU and the CPNP notification under the EU Cosmetics Regulation, plus GPSR data in every listing and the LUCID packaging registration for Germany. We show you what applies to your assortment.

No, deliberately not. Admission is Douglas's decision, and we don't promise what we don't control. Instead, we assess your premium fit honestly before you invest time in the application.
