No. Galaxus handpicks its sellers: assortment fit, quality and setup are reviewed individually, including a credit check and a test order. Prerequisites are a registered office and a warehouse in the EU plus a valid VAT ID.
No base fee and no setup fee; you only pay a sales commission. The official commission table is part of the contract and not public; integrator reports put the rates at roughly 5 to 20% depending on the category. (As of 2026.)
Well-prepared partners go live within a few weeks; poorly prepared ones reportedly wait up to a year. The difference is almost always data quality, which is exactly where we start.
Prices, stock and delivery times have to update automatically at least once a day; manual maintenance is contractually excluded. A clean integration isn't optional there, it's an admission requirement.
Galaxus categorizes products via your data model: besides master data and price/stock, a dedicated specifications feed is mandatory, plus German titles and valid GS1 EANs. Complete specifications decide your visibility.
