We currently use Tradebyte or ChannelAdvisor. Is switching really worth it?

In most cases, yes. Channable works with a predictable flat fee based on SKU count and package, instead of high monthly fees plus revenue share. In the discovery call we calculate your setup honestly, whether and how much you save per year. If switching isn't worth it, we'll tell you that too.

We don't want to switch at all, we just want to get our existing Channable under control. Do you do that?

Yes, that's a big part of our work. We audit your existing setup, fix the errors (repricer, rejected products, rule chaos) and, on request, take over ongoing operations. You don't have to switch tools for that, you stay on Channable.

What does a Channable audit deliver and how does it work?

We work through your setup in a structured way: feeds, rules, repricer and error logs. You get it in black and white where it's stuck, what it's costing you and how we fix it. From that we build a clear action plan that we implement directly on request.

Will any data, listings or rankings be lost during the migration?

No. We migrate in parallel: your existing setup keeps running while we build and test Channable cleanly in the background. Only once everything is in sync do we switch over. That way listings, rankings and orders stay live throughout, with no sales pause.

How long does the migration take?

That depends on the complexity of your assortment. Standard setups are often done in 2-4 weeks, once the checklist (credentials, product data, EAN/GTIN) is in place. Enterprise setups with complex variant structures can take a little longer. We set the timeline firmly in the kick-off.

Who owns the account and data afterwards?

You do. You sign the Channable contract directly with Channable and keep full control and ownership of your data. We work as a Gold Partner within your account and hand everything over documented. No black-box knowledge, no dependency on us.

Do we have to sign a long contract with Channable?

You clarify the contract details directly with Channable, where there are flexible packages by SKU count. With us there is no lock-in: the setup is a one-time project, ongoing support is optional and flexible. We believe in partnership, not shackles.

Which shop systems do you work with?

We work with all common systems like Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, PrestaShop, Magento, Plentymarkets and JTL, basically any modern shop system Channable can connect to, plus PIM and CSV setups.

What happens after the switch?

Marketplaces constantly change their policies. On request we take over ongoing operations with our Care Plan: weekly monitoring, proactive error fixing and policy updates. Set it and forget it. If you prefer to maintain it yourself, you get a documented setup from us and, on request, a training session.
